The app: 100% local

The app runs entirely in your browser, with no account and no server. Your projects, settings and images are read and written in the working folder you choose (or the browser's storage), on your own machine. None of your content is ever sent to LookFrame or to anyone else.

Contact form

If you write to us via the contact page, we keep your name, email and message, only to reply to you. We also record your IP address and your browser identifier, solely to block spam and abuse of the form. Everything is deleted after 12 months. This data is never shared, sold, or used for anything else.

Third-party services

The website and the app load fonts from Google Fonts: during this loading, your IP address is sent to Google's servers, as with any external web resource. Both also use Google Analytics (see below). No other third-party service is used.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website and the app use Google Analytics for aggregate audience stats (pages visited, country, browser), which relies on Google cookies. Analytics never sees your content: your projects, captions and screenshots stay on your machine. No ads, no other tracking. Your interface preferences are stored locally in your browser and never leave it.

For any request about contact form data (access, rectification, deletion), use the Contact page. We reply within 24 hours.
